Interrupting hate-related crime and growing the common ground - one person, one action at a time.

My unwavering inner faith and optimism got me involved as I started facilitating large groups to hear Holocaust survivors. I used such exchanges as a springboard to broader discussion and responses to locally pertinent issues. I am passionate about creating safe spaces for young people to become aware of their personal & social responsibility.

Questioning with young people whether their actions on a daily basis can really affect broader change or stem the tide of greater injustice is a wonderful and vital experience, ,which I wished to replicate and in so doing, create positive common ground from which to nurture our differences.
