Human Rights campaigner with particular interest in street children and homeless youth issues ![]() ![]() I graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, with a BA in Politics and Development Studies, and an MA in Human Rights from Sussex University. I joined the Consortium for Street Children (CSC) in 2008 and am responsible for all CSC's lobbying and campaigning initiatives, including the new Realising Rights: Stop Violence Against Street Children campaign. I previously worked in the Policy and Communications Department at the Foyer Federation, campaigning for the rights of homeless young people in the UK. I have also worked in Amnesty International's Campaigns Department, and hold a certificate in 'Understanding Children's Human Rights' from the London School of Economics. I am the Company Secretary/Trustee of Jump Start Foundation, a new charity working with marginalised young people in the UK, and I was the runner-up for the Sheila McKechnie Foundation's 2006 'Economic Justice' award. ![]() Anne Louise Meincke hasn't added a journal entry. | ![]()
