Communications and Public Affairs Campaigner with a background in Disability Issues

I have a number of different campaign interests. I have worked extensively on disability rights especially around disabled children and SEN, leading an national inquiry into Parental Confidence in the SEN system. I also have a long standing interest in developing and improving campaigning and campaign management. I was the author of the first voluntary sector guide to campaigning and I am working on a new edition. I am also interested in campaigns evaluation and reporting on impact and helped pioneer impact reporting for charities. Most recently I have been working on the Academies Bill, improving rights for disabled children and campaigns to deliver better schools services for children with SEN. I am also working on a major project for RNID to create a collation for everyone to value their hearing.
