Public Speaking & Communication Skills Workshop - Level One

Speak Up! Speak Out! Level One Open Workshops are designed to boost confidence and self-esteem through enabling people to speak with clarity and impact. The day is an introduction to public speaking and presenting and will provide a safe and supportive environment in which to practice speaking. There is nothing more empowering than speaking publicly with clarity and from the heart. It works, whatever your level of skill or experience. The training is designed to teach, in a fast and fun way, the core competencies for communicating as a speaker or presenter.

You will learn easily and quickly to:

* Speak with confidence
* Think on your feet
* Overcome nerves
* Engage an audience
* Prepare an effective speech
* Improve presentation skills
* Enjoy public speaking

* Impromptu speaking
* Speech structure
* Making your point clearly and concisely
