2011 a formative year. This journal entry is part of the Sustainable Living in a Developing World campaign 2011 proved to be a formative year for the Foundation, those that have interest in our activities will by now realize that the project has two "conceptual legs" upon which to stand:-
After what seems to have been a titanic struggle, both operations are now in place, Richard Higgins is winning his African success in EcoSan development with the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance and our partners Norgesvel. The Organic Polyols of the Potter Family have at last found their home with that famous Turkish Dragon, entrepreneur "Alphan Manas" and our NDF consultant Zamier Ahmed. Congratulations Steven and Sarah. The Foundation's task is to join both of these singular operations together in willingness and readiness for our development work ahead. To assist in achieving this task we appointed Claire Jackson in the Tottenham Office as Fund-raising and Information coordinator. The Foundation's first accounts were filed with Companies House and our first report will be published as a download on our website. |

Thanks for stopping by, Karen. With more and more popele recycling at home, reusing shopping bags, etc. let’s hope these green tips will help holidaymakers apply the same philosophy to travel and holidays. The tip for today is to use green accredited accommodation (see today’s blogpost). Have any green accommodation tips to share?
