People Power

The People Power Conference, organised by SMK and the Good Agency, took place on Tuesday 16th March. The event was a big success, with 120 delegates actively participating in a series of debates about the future of campaigning.

Speakers and panellists included:

• Dame Suzi Leather, Chair of the Charity Commission
• Kumi Naidoo, Director of Greenpeace International
• Tony Benn
• Shami Chakrabarti, Director of Liberty
• Sir Hugh Orde, President of the Association of Chief Police Officers

We will be producing a conference report, setting out the key ideas that emerged during the day.
