OPERATION SAVE THE GHANAIAN CHILD (OSAGC)OSAGC is to help rescue children being used for labour in cocoa growing districts and fishing communties in Ghana.Campaign managed by: RALPH Categories: children & young people, education, human rights, international aid & development, poverty, social care, social justice Many children in cocoa growing areas and fishing communties in Ghana are being used to work in cocoa farms, while those in fishing communities are used for fishing to the detriment of their education. In order to secure and gaurantee the brighter future for these unfortunate children because of poverty, the project is to help rescue these children and give them better education. The five-year project also seek to advocate for the enforcement of both international and local laws concerning children in Ghana. ![]()
