Campaign at Anglican Secondary School
Zeeler Campaign had earlier – on May 19, 2010 – paid a visit to the Principal of Anglican secondary school so seek approval to carry out some awareness among its students. After some discussion with the principal and letting her know of our intentions to bring some awareness to the school, we had some discussion and she referred us to the school gardener Mr. Adi. They really commended our efforts and hoped we would be able to effect the necessary attitudinal changes we intended.

Visit to Nanka Patriotic Union Makurdi branch
Prior to this visit, Zeeler Campaigners had met the previous days to discuss how to better raise awareness of the issues projected by Zeeler campaign. After much contributions and discussion, it became clear that finance was needed to really make good impact.
Visiting ndi Nanka (Nanka Patriotic Union Makurdi branch), we had two things in mind ; to simply let them know of what we are doing and perhaps have them wish us luck; and to request their financial support to enhance our visits to Abuja and also enable us carry out some awareness projects.

Youth meeting
Considering the nature of the objectives Zeeler Campaign intends to achieve, it became clear that grass root youth actions were necessary.
It looked like it wasn’t going to hold since nobody had come at around 10:30am (for a meeting scheduled for 10:00am prompt). Surprisingly, we kicked off at exactly 11:00 with more than 80% of expected participants.
The opening prayer was done by Sandra Ezinwanneamaka, after which all participants introduced themselves. With every other person waiting keenly to hear the reason they have been called, I made the opening remark and welcomed everyone.

NYCC Meeting
Enjoying the rhythm from the music and thinking of what to talk in few hours time, I was on my way to Abuja to have a discussion with Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife, and also attend ( the next day) a climate meet up organized by the Nigerian Youth Climate Coalition (NYCC).
That was on the morning of Thursday 22 April, 2010.
